  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs; please use visitor parking for large vehicles (first-come, first-served).

  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays over the Summer.
  • No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years to rent.
  • No pets allowed. Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.
  • Valid government photo ID required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens (sheets and towels) provided in sealed packages at the end of beds.
  • Not provided: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
  • No facilities at Ocean Dunes for charging golf carts.

Pool and Facility Information

  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day but may be closed by the HOA or Health Department. No refunds for pool closures.
  • Fitness center located across the street from the 2100 building.
  • Property amenities include: Heated pool, indoor pool, community pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, library, and balcony.
